| Wednesday | 9:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. | Please coordinate with Exhibit Manager, Ann, with logistics support and if you need to stay there later. There will be ISDC staff there to assist you. |
| Thursday | 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. | Morning and afternoon coffee breaks will be held in the exhibit hall. Book lectures and signing will also be in the exhibit hall too. |
| Friday | 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. | Morning and afternoon coffee breaks will be held in the exhibit hall. Space career job fair will also be in the exhibit hall too. Close early 5 p.m. to allow people to attend the Governors' Dinner and Gala! |
| Saturday | 10:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. | Morning and afternoon coffee breaks will be held in the exhibit hall. Book lectures and signing will also be in the exhibit hall too. |
| Sunday | 9:0 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. | Exhibit hall closed at 12 p.m. Tear down can occur anytime on Sunday. Exhibits should be clear out of the exhibit hall by 6 p.m. |
Free wifi will be provided in the exhibit hall from late Wednesday afternoon through Sunday. Cell phone/high speed cell data (AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon) coverage at the VBC is excellent. Please check with your
cellular data provider for additional information.
If you need a dedicated, private internet connection at the Exhibit Hall for your booth, please contact VBC or ISDC Exhibit Manager, Ann.
